EURODOMINO

Cancellation

Eurodomino Pass (ticket) is refundable only if completely unused. Partially used tickets are not refundable. A cancellation fee of £25.00 per ticket is charged.

USE OF TICKET

  • The cover of the pass is an integral part of the pass and must not be removed. Detachment invalidates the pass.
  • Before using the pass, the pass holder must validate it by inserting the first date of use in the relevant box. By validating the box, the pass holder has unlimited travel on that day.

(Please note: If travelling on a train departing after 19:00 which reaches its destination overnight you can validate the pass for the arrival day rather than the departure day – effectively giving you up to 29 hours validity.

Trains & Supplements

There are trains on which supplements have to be paid. However, there are almost always other trains on the same route, which do not have supplementary charges.
Before boarding trains, we recommend checking if seat reservation is necessary and if any supplement has to be paid.
Eurodomino ticket holders must pay for:

  • Reservation on trains on which this is compulsory.
  • Supplement for sleeping places (bunks and beds).
  • On Trainhotels, cabin service or sleeperette supplement if the train leave the zone which the traveller has acquired.
  • On tourist class on AVR and Talgo200 trains, there is a supplement of about 10 Euros (except for Spanish residents).
